DESIGN CONSULTATION - $200 virtual, $250 in-person

Let’s get talking - this is a 90 minute design consultation where I will share my experience and expertise which you are free to use and apply as you wish to your project. This includes ideas for design, construction, budgeting, space planning, color, finishes, furnishing, lighting, etc.

FULL SERVICE - varies

Let’s work together - Full service is best for large scale remodels or new construction projects. I will provide a complete concept design and assist from start to finish. This includes space planning, 3D renderings, plans, material selection, custom cabinetry design, furnishings, styling, and more.

E-DESIGN SERVICE - $500-1000

Let’s be safe - this package is best for if you would like a professionally designed space before committing to any changes. This service is 100% virtual and includes:

• 1 hour video meeting

• Plans and elevations

• 1 3D rendering

• 1 revision

• 1 personalized shopping list

• Styling assistance

OTHER SERVICES

• Furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection (such as plumbing, lighting, paint, and window treatments)

• Spatial planning and optimization

• Floorplans and elevations

• 3D modeling service

• Accessories & styling service
